There's not anything like that currently, for Dada Mail

or is there any script on subscriber form will be automatically add the person to the subscriber list, although they are not on my white list that mean when I don't know the person but they want to be our subscriber, and if they fill their email address on the for the confirmation will be send to their email event they not listed on our white list

Not in Dada Mail, but have you tried out the Subscription Request options in Dada Mail? It'll allow an address to request a subscription, which you can then approve, or deny I think that'll do a lot of what you're trying to do with the white list

you should make script for subscriber form more friendly, and easy to use,

More than happy to take some ideas
