But how to make the white list form that mean when they try to make the subscription, it will be automatically email me to be member of white list

or is there any script that i they want to be a subscriber automatically email me and I will send the the invitation to join the subscriber list

or is there any script on subscriber form will be automatically add the person to the subscriber list, although they are not on my white list that mean when I don't know the person but they want to be our subscriber, and if they fill their email address on the for the confirmation will be send to their email event they not listed on our white list

or should I make the script to email me first, when they want to be our subscriber, then I can list them on my white list

or you just make form for white list person and after that I can invite them to become our subscriber

Because on the subscribe form, when the person that are not on my white list, they cannot subscribe, and they didn't know how to subscribe then that mean when they try to subscribe, after fill the form and click 'submit your information' will send email to the owner that some people want to be subscriber, and the owner will put on the white list and will invite them

you should make script for subscriber form more friendly, and easy to use,
