Problems we've found (usually with solutions)
We don't give direct, free support, via email or phone. We do monitor the mailing lists , discussion boards, Bug Traq and Feature Requests. If you do not want to use these resources, please contact us about paid, professional consultation.

We're called the, "Dada Mail Developers" and we talk about the nitty gritty development of Dada Mail (archives, rss, atom) - if you're interested in developing for or with Dada Mail, it's a good list to have yourself on:
If you just have a general question, consult the boards.
We take all bug reports seriously. Before filling out a bug report, please make sure the problems you're experiencing are not because of a misconfiguration. Please file all bug reports via the Sourceforge Bug Tracker.
We also use Soureforge to handle that too.
There's also the Dada Mail Manual that comes with Pro Dada. It's geared more towards your average user. It does cover things like installation and upgrades, but the majority of the manual is a walkthough of the various list admin control panel screens and what they do. If what you're look for is a Program Manual, that's it.
The majority of the time, we solve most every problem you can think of by upgrading your Dada Mail and kicking the proverbial car tires of Dada Mail. It's the easiest and cheapest (for you) way to get things rolling again.
Here's our installation request form
We hate to admit it, but being paid to hack on code does lead to fast and incredibly amazing results. Please contact us via email with your ideas.
