I plan to host many e-mail lists for several virtual domains and would like to format appropriate list names in some regular fashion. From my quick read I see I need the following for a list: 1. Short list name (16 alphanumeric chars max), for internal use 2. Descriptive name 3. List sender e-mail address From my experience with Gnu Mailman I can have the following: + list address for subscribers (mail comes from this address AND mail is sent to this address): listname@PROTECTED It doesn't look like that i ...Continue Reading

I have 2 lists, one is sending via isp1.com, the admin address is bounce@PROTECTED; the other is sending via isp2.com, the admin email address is bounce@PROTECTED. bouncing emails will be sent to the 2 admin email address respectively, but in dadamail config, bounce handler email can not be configured respectively. there is a way to solve is to forward all emails from bounce@PROTECTED to bounce@PROTECTED. but it is not conveniant for my email provider to do this, and often bouncing emails are rejected by bounce@PROTEC ...Continue Reading

Hello everyone, I'm considering some enhancements of Profile Fields, by adding more flexibility to the construction of the form fields. In general, I'd like to add: * Field Type right now, you have only one field type available: a text box. I'd like to add radio buttons, and checkboxes (to start off with) * Constraints Right now, you can have a field required, or not. I'd like to add the ability to set some sort of constraint. For example: Only letters, or numbers, needs to be a phone number, or a US State, etc ...Continue Reading

> It seems there is something wrong with dada mail? I'm willing to entertain that idea, as there's bugs in most any app ;) but again: it's the outgoing mail server that sets the Return-Path header, not something like Dada Mail, or your own mail reader. I haven't seen a message sent by Dada Mail NOT have a Return-Path header in my recent memory. Why one wouldn't be set is very curious. Are you sure it's not actually there, and you're just not seeing it? ...Continue Reading

sending via smtp also not work, still no return-path header. I have ever used qmail server, also not have return-path header. now test with another smtp(DNS name server, do not know what it is) , also not have. What I want to tell by talking about DKIM in previous email is that, the email server do not recognize the real sender without a return-path. If in the file /DADA/Mail/Send.pm : if($local_li->{print_return_path_header} == 1){ if($local_li->{verp_retur ...Continue Reading
