Bridge is not working anymore. We did not change things or did updates or what ever, but seems it suddenly stopped. OK This is just to summarize what I found out the problem was, as I looked at this personally: Amazon SES was set up fine! Nothing was wrong with how they set things up, and Dada Mail was sending through the service perfectly. Bugs were found: * The Sending Preferences Test had a bug in it, where if you were using Amazon SES, Dada Mail would still try testing the availability of the SMTP server set, by pinging it. This makes no sense, as you're not using SMTP to send! * This particular message they were sending ...Continue Reading

Hi Justin,I sent you an off-list message about commissioning new features and also hiring you in hopes of getting the password protect directories issue to the front of the bug queue. As of now I have to go in a couple of times a day to delete and re-add the password protection to force an update to the .htpasswd file as I can’t find any other way to force an update to the file. Are you available for this?I hadn’t heard back and wanted to be sure you got it. Warm regards,Mary AnnOn Apr 15, 2016, at 11:05 PM, Justin J j ...Continue Reading

Let's talk about this off-list and on Zendesk - just email, support@PROTECTED and we'll get started on that. I'm not really sure why you're using Amazon SES through its SMTP interface, rather than the direct API. I set up Amazon SES on Bluehost servers all the time, and it's as simple as can be to set up, ...Continue Reading

That's the step I go over in, http://dadamailproject.com/d/features-amazon_ses_support.pod.html#Verifying-a-Domain-with-Amazon-SES And that's what this error usually refers to, Identity is invalid. Must be a verified email address or domain. If you haven't, there should be an enormous warning at the top of the Send a Message screen. > and I'm using pro dada. We have the lifetime version.
