I'm against having the external config able to be edited via the web - it's possible, yes, but it's just not part of the program itself. It makes me sleep a little more soundly at night knowing there's no way to change the root password of Dada Mail via your web browser. I think I comm ...Continue Reading

I don't mind setting it via editing a file but the thing that is a PITA is having to redo it each time I upgrade. Would it be possible to have an external config file that could also be edited via the w ...Continue Reading

Heya, what do you all think about this: It's sort of a pain to set the default look and feel through the Config.pm - in other words, setting the $USER_TEMPLATE variable to the absolute path/URL of a template file to use for say, the default page of Dada Mail. Would it be simpler just to have this as an option in the Manage Appearance -> Edit Template admin screen? Basically, just have a new checkbox that says: [] Use this list's template as the default list template Probably a little more user-friend ...Continue Reading

I made a mailing to the list administrator adress and the 6 users which do no more appear in the control panel except the one remaining were mailed! Actually, the GNU General Public License specifically allows you to edit the sourcecode of the program and publish your changes. I encourage this. My plate is full on what I want/need to do with Dada Mail. If anybody has any large projects, like this one, it either needs to be paid for, done yourself (go get 'em!), or you'll have to wait ...Continue Reading

Dear Simeoni, As you know I buyed the Dada Mail Pro licence. Please make your software international... I am a french from czech origin and I noticed that the older generation of french people often don't speak english at all. Yes it's very surprising but the french schools are not good at all and older french persons are often not speaking english at all. I know you have the manage copy option in the the administration control panel which allows me to translate english in french.... BUT! There is one think you for ...Continue Reading

OK - According to fundable: http://fundable.org/groupactions/dadamailmultiplefields We are about $500 away from the *minimum* needed to reach the goal, so the money will be released and I get a little stipend to make the multiple fields feature in Dada Mail. That's good! That's really good, as that's basically what was made in the first *day* of fundraising. But, Since the first week, the amount received has dropped /way/ down, and I'm getting nervous that not enough money will be put into the pot. So ...Continue Reading
