wtf??? Yesterday *again* something (someone?) decided to unsubscribe me from the list... I got a message confirming my unsubscription, and this time I didn't even started an unsubscription process... Is something wrong with dada? Justin, Every now and then the dadabridge plugin seems to hang and I get complaints from my Host that there are too many MySQL connections.. Is this a fault in the configuration on my part, a flaw in the script or a bad host ? Alfred ...Continue Reading

It seems posting to this list is becoming a karma... I'm starting to post more about my own postings than about the product itself :-D When I was writing http://mojo.skazat.com/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi/archive/dadadev/20060902095001/ I navigated the archive at http://mojo.skazat.com/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi/archive/dadadev/ in order to find the original posting in Spanish for referencing it... The first problem with the archive interface is that the link to the messages is the subject of the message... and the subject of t ...Continue Reading

Hi Justin, yesterday I "started" a removal for myself from the list, only to answer properly to this message: http://mojo.skazat.com/cgi-bin/dada/mail.cgi/archive/dadadev/20060830102506/ I received the confirmation e-mail and properly ignored it in order to stay subscribed... However, a few hours later, I received a message from the list confirming that I was effectively unsubscribed... Is this a feature or a bug? That is... are you using a script to "auto-confirm" unsubscriptions (so that peop ...Continue Reading

Folks, I'll explain to this guy how to unsubscribe in Spanish, since he's complaining that he doesn't understand a word of English (and yet, he must have clicked the subscribe link at one point)...

Hi! I installed the new release today. It looks great, but I think I found a bug. The "Archive, but DO NOT send" feature is not working. A window opens saying "List Message Is Being Sent" but nothing appears in the archives. Have I overlooked something? Perhaps it is my misconfiguration? The only thing I could see wanting here is some log of the ignored messages. In reality you don't want a list to be taken over by SPAM, so for the occasional SPAM you can just drop it, but wouldn't you want to do something more drastic if it becomes a REALLY big problem? I don't know what that would be, short of changing the list name, but just thinking that you might want to know if you mailing listed ended up on every SPAM list in the world. -JoeOn 30 Aug 2006 02:45:59 -0000, Dada Mail (Justin Simoni)* <dada@PROTE ...Continue Reading
