Hello all. This is my first post here, so I'll make it brief. I don't think that putting the test suite would be bad as far as confusion is concerned. It would be simple to say (USE THIS FOR TESTING PURPOSES!!) somewhere in the Readme file. I don't know how large it is. The size of the quite would be the deal-buster in the addition. I'm on cable broadband, so size isn't an issue to me, but there are still quite a few people still using dialup. Maybe you could provide two downloads? ~cheers for Dada!!! Hey everyone, Dada Mail has a testing suite now, but I don't usually bundle it with Dada Mail itself - should this change? * Bundling the test suite would allow anyone to run the tests and see if they fail on their platform * I have a simple cgi script, so you can run the tests in your web browser, as well as the more traditional way of running them on the command line The only downside may be that the distribution would get a little large and an extra directory may confuse people. Any thoughts? Cheers, ...Continue Reading

According to this: (And confirmed by myself) http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php? func=detail&aid=1612943&group_id=13002&atid=113002 Sending a list invitation will actually send the message out to your subscription list. There's a fix in the comments of the bug, but if you are counting on this feature, I'd make the change, or wait till the next version comes out, Cheers, ...Continue Reading

I seemed to have gone over my bandwidth quota for the week on *Sunday* (it resets on Wednesday), so I've put up a hasty mirror of the support site for everyone: http://mojomail.sourceforge.net I've asked my host if it wasn't possible to have them redirect to the mirror when the bandwidth goes over. I'll see what they say, Cheers, ...Continue Reading

Hey everyone, there were a few show-stopping bugs in the last 2.10.11 release. I've went through the program double-quick and resolved them, so there's a new version up already. Dada Mail 2.10.11 was released yesterday - here's the release announcement: 2.10.11 is basically me tying up the loose ends that were currently in the 2.11 alpha series, and labeling some of the features, "Experimental". There will most likely be a 2.11 alpha 4, alpha 5, etc - so if anyone's confused, that's the FYI ;) Cheers, ...Continue Reading

Hello everyone, Just a head's up: I'm going to be releasing a new version of Dada Mail on Monday - hopefully. This is not going to be Dada Mail 2.11, but rather, 2.10.11 - this is going to make things very confusing, but please bear with me :) The 2.10.11 release will have everything that the 2.11 alphas had, except that the new features, except the "auto pickup of dropped mailings" feature will be labeled, "experimental". This is partly laziness - I don't really want to go through the ...Continue Reading
