Great to hear from ya, guy. Sounds like you're making good progress. So, where in Mexico (or where on the border) are you heading? And how are you getting back home? ________________________________________________ Bruce Scherzinger * bruce@PROTECTED Quoting justin@PROTECTED: > > Oh! Oh! I'm doin' alright, in LA right now, going to be getting up bright and early tommorrow and get to San Diego in one day - hundred fifty somethin' miles ;) Will be back in the world headquarters on Sunday and sometime in the middle of the week, it'll be business as usual. Tons of fun ;) OK - have to check out of the hostel and get my gear all set for today's small ride (yeah!) through LA (boo!) I figured it out by adding "use CGI::Carp qw(fatalsToBrowser);" which showed that I had a problem with my %SQL_PARAMS. So it does work. Does anyone have experience with this who might be able to help me? I tried to use dada_subscribers_plaintext2sql.pl to move over to the mysql backend. When I run it, I get an error 500. I should note that because I have dada_subscribers_plaintext2sql.pl in my "cgi-bin/dada" directory, I edited "use lib qw(./ ../ ../../ ../../../ ./../../DADA ../../perllib);" to match (i.e.: "use lib qw(./ ./DADA ./DADA/perllib);") Error Log: [Wed Aug 1 09:40:23 2007] [error] [cli ...Continue Reading

Dustin, I'm certainly no Perl developer, but I've seen my share of 500 errors. The problem could be just about anything. However, I have found that the three most likely causes with Dada Mail (which has been pretty extensively tested) are: a. The file is not executable b. The file is not in Unix format c. The file has gotten corrupted or is missing The file in question here is DADA/perllib/MIME/Lite.pm. Make sure both it and the directory containing it are executable and make sure that the file itself is not in DOS ...Continue Reading

When trying to send a web page as html, I am getting the following error:Program Error (Server Error 500)More information about this error may be available in the server error log and/or program error log. Can't call method "replace" on an undefined value at DADA/perllib/MIME/Lite/HTML.pm line 475.It was working a day or two ago, and something broke. Upon seeing this, I decided to reinstall the latest version of DADA Mail, and copied over my Config.pm from 2.10.14 to 2.10.15, and also kept my mysql tab ...Continue Reading

I'm using the scheduled mailing plugin to mail a webpage automatically everyday at 4 a.m. I just noticed (based on newsletter subscribers feedback) that the unsubscribe information is not being appended to the bottom of the email. If I send the email through the "Send a webpage" link on the admin page, it appends the unsubscribe info on the bottom, but not if I use the scheduled mailing plugin. Can this be fixed? I now have three newsletters going out, and this particular scheduled one goes ...Continue Reading
