UTF in subject line

Hello,I'm confused while setting up the default encoding of my message,I can see that message body supports UTF but subject line does not?Everytime i send a message with a right to left subject line "Arabic" for example.. its corrupted! Justin,I believe you are right, i did close the monitor page for some timeBut when i came back hours ago, the average remain too low [75 message/hour] related to my 500/hour outbound limit, what could be the justification for that?
