Similar problem. Reloading is the term I should use per your description below. But the screen that comes up says it is restarting. A blast (to 19000+) starts sending and gets about a third of the way through and then gets slower and slower. I watch it on the 'monitor your mailing' screen. Then the number sent doesn't change between the 10 sec refresh time, or just a few. Then that screen shows a message that says something like mailing will restart in 60 seconds.
