Hi Justin, I will try turning on tracing. While I am setting that up, here is some more information regarding the list restarting. 1) The problem SEEMED to go away when I unchecked Enable Batch Sending, but that is not the case. Today when I sent a larger list, it sent the first four but then stopped and never sent any more. So I have re-checked Enable Batch Sending because that at least keeps reloading until it finishes. 2) The problem is not just when sending emails. Today I was making some changes to the ...Continue Reading

I have given upp trying to run DADA on windows, everything works fine EXCEPT sending messages. I get a 500 error on the line that does the fork (i did several hours of debuging.) It seems that some people have gotten it to work on windows. What did you use and how well does (did) it work? I have tried using: Windows XP or 2000 ActivePerl 5.6 or 5.8 Apache 2.2 On 10/25/08, Carl G. Kuczun wrote: > > Hmm. Hi Justin, My list reloading problem does not happen if I uncheck: Sending Options/Enable Batch Sending. It is only failing when I use batch sending. Please see my answers to your questions after your comments: > Hmm. Similar problem. Reloading is the term I should use per your description below. But the screen that comes up says it is restarting. A blast (to 19000+) starts sending and gets about a third of the way through and then gets slower and slower. I watch it on the 'monitor your mailing' screen. Then the number sent doesn't change between the 10 sec refresh time, or just a few. Then that screen shows a message that says something like mailing will restart in 60 seconds. After 60 seconds sometimes it just starts ...Continue Reading

Hi Justin, The screens all refer to "restarting", but the entries in the errors.txt file refer to "reloading". From your definitions, I would say it is reloading because the emails do eventually send sequentially. It appears to send one email, then I get a message saying "Mailing automatically restarting in 49 seconds." and that counts down to 0 and then the next email is sent. This keeps repeating for each email. Occasionally I get a completely blank screen that just says "r ...Continue Reading
