Justin - This is what I did - I manually typed in an email address in the "Paste Addresses Below" box and clicked "Verify Subscribers." It told me it already existed. To get back to the previous screen, I *think* I clicked on the "Add" menu option again. I know I did not click the "Re-Enter Email List" button. Then I pasted in a bunch of addresses and the error came up when I tried to verify. However, I have since tried to re-create the error for you, but alas, everyt ...Continue Reading

I have a dozen lists and people are usually members of several of them so there is a lot of overlap. I often need to contact several groups that share some commonality, so the ability to send to multiple lists without duplicates would be a feature I would use. In the meantime, I will use a new subscriber field to flag those that are duplicates and omit them when sending by using the "Partial Sending Options". However, my flag subscriber field shows up on the subscription form. Is there a way to make ...Continue Reading

When adding addresses to a list from a file, if the file name contains a single quote, e.g. Carl's List.csv, you get the following error. Solution: Remove single quotes (maybe some other special characters, too) from file name. Program Error (Server Error 500) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- More information about this error may be available in the server error log and/or program error log. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ...Continue Reading

Yes, now I'm getting the same errors with sendmail, too. I have made no changes to the setup since sending on Sunday. THe 500 error happens after I hit the send button; I get the error and not the progress screen. Same for sending one test or the list msg. Same error if I go to the admin menu on the left and click on monitor my mailing. I did restart the vps a couple of times, in case I had a server issue. Perhaps something got corrupted. I dunno. Have been trying to go back to 2.10.16. I don't have time t ...Continue Reading
