Follow up email to report that this is not the case. I deleted it and it used the HTML confirmation template in the default theme. I'll add an issue about this - but also a note of, "define what the actual correct behavior is", as even I'm guessing and (if I keep guessing), using the missing template from the default theme seems fairly reasonable. Alright, there is a secondary - perhaps bigger bug and it's how lists are seen as existing. Here's the approx. SQL: SELECT DISTINCT list from dada_settings WHERE list != ""; So, if there's some undeleted list setting that happens to be around, it'll think there's a valid list, when there's really not. I have noticed a number of errors referencing a list that was requested deleted several weeks back in the errors.txt file (/usr/share/httpd/dada/.dada_files/.logs/errors.txt) I would just remove any reference to this listshortname in the dada_settings table. The other issue we have is that it still shows up in the list of lists for Admin login. In the normal format of LongName (Shortname) this list only shows up as (ENGLISH) like the longname is null.
