So I was wrong. This is not bounces from a new mailing, it’s new bounces from the original mailing where I set the list administration email incorrectly. Hopefully that did solve it. I recently upgraded to 11.4 from 9.x. I have the bounce handler installed and the address set to the correct bounce email. Dada Mail will happily fall back into using the default email template file, if it can't find that file in your own email theme. Once the subscriber confirms, html emails are preferred for my purposes—it’s just the confirmation that I prefer to be text. I understand if you can’t separate them out, in which case I’ll just use a stripped down HTML version that imitates the look of the text version (which is what I am doing now).No data to offer since I delete the abuse report emails immediately so the confirmation link doesn’t accidentally get clicked.
