HiA simple thing I know but where in the various configuraiton files do we place the reply to address. We have a situation where, despite many occasions where we have indicated that the receivers of the emails should not just click the reply to button (because they actually need to contact someone else) they continue to do so. I have set up a 'noreply' email address and automated message ready for loading into the Reply-To field. Many thanksBest regards--*/Martyn Davison/* Get a new e-mail account with Hotmail ...Continue Reading

Just to give everyone an update, I've been talking to the Postmark people: http://postmarkapp.com/ And they've been super supportive in Dada Mail receiving support for their services, even though they specifically say you can do, what we need to do: http://help.postmarkapp.com/faqs/delivery/bulk-email They'll allow it, as long as we're strict with some of the settings - most importantly, the working unsub link and all subscribers being confirmed in a closed-loop subscription process. I'm going to try to work ...Continue Reading

Has anyone used any of the following? * http://postmarkapp.com/ * http://www.socketlabs.com/ * http://sendgrid.com/ I'm considering adding closer support for perhaps some of them for Dada Mail, but I have no experience with them, myself. Postmark can be used via just an SMTP connection, but the RESTful API looks sort neat, too. ...Continue Reading

Why is in the latest version 4 the list name shown for every subscriber in the f=view_list screen? It can be templated out easily, but I guess there is a good reason for it, or? Hello everyone, I've been working on getting Dada Mail's Screen Caching working again. You can read a little about it, here: http://github.com/justingit/dada-mail/blob/screen_cache/dada/extras/documentation/pod_source/features-screen_cache.pod This feature was disabled in v4 (perhaps earlier?) because it didn't work with Profiles and didn't work with unicode/UTF-8. I ironed those problems out and now - it should work again! Yeah! It's an easy way to speed up some of the screens of Dada Mail, and, if we're sort o ...Continue Reading
