Thank you. I'm really bad about missing things in the doc files. :( Glad to see that you are alive and well; how was the trip? Since the plugin is working, I thought I had done everything I needed to in order to activate it. That's why I don't understand why it isn't showing up in the menu as an active plugin. You'll most likely want to edit your outside config file (.dada_config) so that it shows Dada Bridge in the left-hand menu, under the, Plugins heading. First, see if the following lines are present in your .dada_config file: ...Continue Reading

Thanks, Dave. I didn't get an answer so I appreciate this. Since the plugin is working, I thought I had done everything I needed to in order to activate it. That's why I don't understand why it isn't showing up in the menu as an active plugin. I'm using a local config file instead of config.pm, so what would I need to do to add it to the admin menu using that file? Here are the two places it mentions the plugin (everything is listed as undef as it is for all of the plugins): Dada_Bridge => { & ...Continue Reading

Did you get an answer? You’ll need to “activate” the plugin in the DADA/Config.pm file or add it to the admin menu in your local config file.· Remove the comments (#) from lines 2256 to 2260 in the Config.pm file · Change the file permissions on plugins/dada_bridge.pl to 755· FWIW, Dada Bridge settings are in the Config.pm file around line #4644A ...Continue Reading

Hi everyone We're about to embark on some server tuning to try and improve our current 10,000 message per hour rate, and wondered if anyone else had tried some optimisations before we start? What we are thinking is: 1. Speed test FastCGI against mod_perl with Apache 2. Speed test Apache versus Lighttpd versus NGinx with FastCGI 3. Optimise Exim (email transport) by placing message queue into RAM and turning off/minimising logging 4. Compare speeds of Exim versus other MTAs such as Courier etc. 5. Increase Dada b ...Continue Reading

Hi Justin, That is very cool. I didn't see your name on the map. Will they add it so we can see how you're doing? Best of luck. Hello Everyone, This is the final heads-up that I will be gone until around July on the cross-country self-supported mountain bike race that I'm partly doing to raise money for a local org. here in Denver. I will be leaving for Banff, AB, Canada on Tuesday and I sincerely will not have any internet access where I'm going - which is in some places literally the middle of nowhere, so I will not be able to help out with anything. YOU will be able to follow me if you find this type of thing exciting starting Friday, here ...Continue Reading

I installed Dada on the site of a non-profit I am helping and installed the bridge plugin. I have it working, but for some reason it isn't listed under plugins. Any idea why that might be? I am having to manually type in the URL of the plugin in order to change options.
