I should mention that because each member of the sports team is added manually and don't have profiles, the " Only Allow Subscribers to View Archived Messages" option is not the best. I don't use profiles much, but it looks like it would help to put an link on the login form that links to an anchor on the "Forgot Your Password" form at the bottom. The big technical problem that to be overcome was to send a mass mailing to a temporary list of people and that actually wasn't too hard to do, so I'll implement the same functionality to other parts of the program. One thing I can thing of is the "Request For Moderation" message that goes out. I like it! Just ran into this limitation recently. Get a list of emails from people to subscribe them, but then they don't get subscribed until they click on the invitation link.
