Here's a whole bunch: https://github.com/mailchimp/Email-Blueprints It would be *fairly* trivial to translate these from MailChimp-specific templates to Dada Mail-specific templates. You can kind of see how MailChimp-style template tags work - here's their unsub tag: *|UNSUB|* Just replace that with Dada Mail's unsub tag: We could literally run these template tags through a simple perl script and spit out Dada Mail-specific templates. There's a few tags that I'm really not familiar with, like: *|IF:REWARDS| ...Continue Reading

Does anyone know of some HTML email templates that can be pasted into a DadaMail HTML email send that would give the email some nice looking HTML formatting, like a newsletter, where you would only need to change the relevant text? Is there any reason NOT to send emails this way? Before I start creating some, I thought I'd see if anyone else is doing this. Carl ...Continue Reading

The caching will be HUGELY helpful as I click through the data. I usually have to open separate tabs for each click to avoid having to wait through reloading when I go back to the main page because it takes so long to load. Do you think that will be the norm even for installs that have years of tracker data to sift through? Well, THAT list does have years and years (8) of tracking data. I'm hoping that rendering times will be faster, as I want to say there's less data being retrieved, but it won't ...Continue Reading

Thanks, Mary - Here's a list of the changes to look out for in the v6 Tracker: The Tracker plugin has been essentially rewritten, and its features have been expanded. All charts, graphs and maps generated are now interactive and mousing over various parts of the chart/graph/map will reveal additional information. The UI itself has been redesigned, as well. The new charts/graphs/maps are powered by the Google Visualization API. Data, in the JSON format is created for Dada Mail using the Perl CPAN module, JSON (http: ...Continue Reading

Hello everyone, I'm getting reports that people are having problems with the Membership -> Add/Invite/Subscribe series of screens w/Internet Explorer. Bad things happen, like the final submit button doesn't work, or people receive errors about not being able to write into Dada Mail's, ".dada_files/.tmp" directory. If anyone is using IE (not sure what version?) and the v6 beta, are you experiencing these problems? As far as I can tell, it stems from some jQuery Javascript, that I don't know if it works ...Continue Reading

Fingers crossed :-) Short answer: no - check the v5 - v6 changelog Long answer: I'm getting closer, but it won't make it into this release. A big block to this feature is the, "attachments" field; Files are uploaded on submission of the form, rather than file uploading being something separate, where we can just reference what file you want to attach.
