Michael, you mentioned the main reason I brought up the issue of email templates. I am fighting an in-house tide which is pushing for better looking emails that are more easily administered by office staff. One reckless train of thought is going the Constant Contact approach which I feel is totally inappropriate and unnecessary because I know DadaMail can fit the bill.
