Dunno, there's only going to be one way that cookie is going to be set, and that's by logging into a Dada Profile. You could search the logs for that address, see where/when they subscribed, etc, ...Continue Reading

Answering myself here - I deleted the cookie and the problem disappeared. Justin, any idea why a cookie would cause the email address to be hard-coded in the page? I had a person reply to a newsletter mailing asking to unsubscribe. Instead of doing it from the admin dashboard, I clicked the unsubscribe link in the email, which is set to take the person to the form rather than automatically unsubscribe them. Oddly, the email field is not fillable - it's prefilled with an email address that doesn't belong to the person receiving the mailing. I can't highlight it and delete it so the form is useless. This is only in Firefox. The same page in Safari and Chrome works fine. I've cleare ...Continue Reading

You can try writing to a file, rather than mailing out a message, and seeing what comes through - I usually just put set the $M ...Continue Reading

When I insert a JPG picture into an email (I'm using the 6.0.2 default WYSIWYG editor) by the time it gets delivered, it has been changed to a BMP file that is 5 to 10 times larger than the original making the email much larger than it should be. I have tried it using several different OS and browsers and the result is the same. Anyone know what is making the conversion to BMP or how to prevent it? Carl ...Continue Reading

Are the following statements correct? To do a full install of Dada Mail, you clear both the /.dada_files/ folder and the /cgi-bin/dada/ folder of all files? To update Dada Mail, you leave the /.dada_files/ folder in place and clear the /cgi-bin/dada/ folder? To install a new plugin using the installer, you need to do a full install?
