> Yeah - you just described the opening and signature marks/comments. I had no idea the and tags could be moved around as much as I now have them! The archive summary now looks a lot more interesting. Thanks. I don't know about others, but my newsletter usually has 4 or 5 topic headings. What it now shows is the first few lines of the body of the newsletter - a lot better than I had it! What would be really useful (and more aesthetically pleasing) would be a way for the archive summary page to display someth ...Continue Reading

I was looking at my public archive page (I’m not sure that anyone else does!) and noticed that it’s repetitive. It’s in the format: My Newletter Archives DadaMail >> My Newsletter >> Archives My Newsletter Send [Date] Text My Newsletter Send [Date] Text I could do without the text beign displayed. It’s the usual stuff at the top of the newsletter … “if the newsletter doesn’t render properly in your browser etc.” … and, by its nature , it’s always the same. Yeah, and I noticed that not everyone actually uses the profiles. Perhaps it could be set up that when someone requests a password, THEN is checks to see if a profile exists and creates one if it doesn’t. Then, only people that want to log in will have an actual account to do so. -----Original Message----- From: Justin J [mailto:justin@PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, September 03, 2013 3:36 PM To: Dada Mail Developers Subject: [dadadev] Re: Dada Mail v6.6.0 Beta 1 Released > I had actually modeled it after Drupal. The profile was being crated with a random password and added to the profile log-in page something to the tune of "If you haven’t logged in before, click here to set your password." And the reset password process would begin. That's probably a better workflow than what's there, which is currently not very nice to the user, or the list owner. I'll make a note to change how things go - I think the reason it's not there now is a performance issue - when importin ...Continue Reading

I had actually modeled it after Drupal. The profile was being crated with a random password and added to the profile log-in page something to the tune of "If you haven’t logged in before, click here to set your password." And the reset password process would begin. The impetus for this came up when we migrated from phplist to your app. A few of the docs had tried to log in to update their info and were getting frustrated when they couldn’t . And my partner started asking what was going on. Thanks for ...Continue Reading

> Not sure if anyone is interested but I added two additional partial list sending criteria that should work with all the supported database backends. I added ‘Date Greater Than’ and ‘Date Less Than’. The caveat is that, in order to do date based partial sending, the date has to have the format ‘YYYY-MM-DD’ in the search criteria and in the database.
