I see from the cron notification that it's showing as an inactive mailing, but in the dashboard it doesn't have a pickup option available: Untitled Document Warm regards, Mary Ann Mary Ann Kelley* / TheHomeSchoolMom email:* maryann@PROTECTED * On Mar 10, 2014, at 10:04 AM, Mary Ann Kelley wrote:My server went down in the middle of a mailing. My server went down in the middle of a mailing. Now that it's back up, the mailing is stuck. I've tried pausing it and restarting it but it's still stuck in the same place (it doesn't show that it needs to be picked up, but it's continually showing the same number on reload). Is there a way to force it to restart without killing it and starting from scratch again? I don't want duplicates to go out if at all possible. I got this fixed. The host had apparently done something that changed the path on the server from home to home3 without telling me. Changing the path in the forwarder fixed the problem. I updated to 6.8 recently and it seems to be working well, but I'm having an issue that started with the update. I am now getting bounce messages like the one below (I've stripped the identifying info but left the relevant notices) when I send from an address that is an authorized sender. It doesn't seem to make a difference whether that address is on the subscriber list or not - it still generates the email. I get the same error every time I send an email to the list from an authorized sender address, but the emails a ...Continue Reading

My initial theory is that the link is so long, there’s wrapping going on, (which is legal in HTML?), but could throw off DM when trying to match the original URL. But, my test show that the URL doesn’t seemed to get munged, and even if you add ...Continue Reading

Played with the idea, but it’s nothing I offer, myself. Going from releasing a software package, to being a SaaS is not a small step. Closest I come (which isn’t too close) is referral program with Bluehost: http://www.bluehost.com/track/dadamail/ And Machighway: https://customers.machighway.com/aff.php?aff=505 Both should support setting up discussion lists with mail forwards, which makes discussion lists work well. I’ve also set discussion lists up with a host like the above, using Amazon SES - which work ...Continue Reading
