And now there is a bigger problem. The whole install is broken. I stopped the mailing and started a new one - same thing. I even upgraded to the latest version of Dada. Same problem still exists. I have no idea what to do. Justin, are you there? I'm sending you a message offlist. Any other suggestions are welcome, because I'm completely at a loss. Yeah, I did that. It's a dedicated server. I logged into the cpanel for the account where dada is installed and changed the permissions on the .tmp folder, the folder inside .tmp holding the mailing data, and all the files in the folder holding the mailing data. Still nothing. :( Untitled Document Warm regards, Mary Ann On Mar 10, 2014, at 10:59 AM, Bruce Harper wrote:I don't know how things work on a hosted server as far as which account you log in as, but check the permissions either way. I got this fixed. The host had apparently done something that changed the path on the server from home to home3 without telling me. Changing the path in the forwarder fixed the problem.
