Justin - Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this does not work for me. I have one email list running on this configuration. I have a username and password for that installation. I also went through the steps in this link and set up another password as root. However, I cannot log into anything with the root password so I have no access to the pro dada administration screens.

I have done this via your instructions and also via changing the actual file on the server. None of it works. Any other advice would be appreciated. If necessary, I can redo the installation since I am rebuilding this list from scratch. Would like that to be my last option.
