Embedded Images + RSS Feed to message enhancements

I'm *also* working on a few other features around the app. One deals with images in HTML messages. Right now, there's an option to embed them in the message itself (this is the default). This is all well and good, but sometimes people upload absolutely **gigantic** images to put in their email messages, then send those out to a few thousand people.

So, there's now an option to resize images that are over a limit. That limit is based on the width of the image, and can also be specified for a few different widths available. This will work for any message you author in Dada Mail's own list control panel, but I'm also working on adding this to messages sent via Bridge. Discussion list messages have a limit on how big a message can be to be accepted, so if we can trim the size of a message down by getting these image sizes down (for example), there's a better chance that more message will be sent successfully. (this will not affect anything attached simply as attachments, just images used in the HTML message itself).

Another instance where this could be useful is with mass mailings created using an RSS feed. Any images in an RSS feed could be well: *any* size, so it's nice to set a realistic limitation, and resize if necessary.

Along with that, I added an option to remove elements in the HTML of the entries of the feed based on element class or id, so if there's some content that you just don't want in the email message, you can filter it out. I've been using it to remove embedded videos, which don't play in email messages anyways (they just leave an ugly black box). You'll be able to specify multiple classes or id's if you'd like.

The next feature I've going to tackle is a big one: support for time zones! This will help making a schedule, since no one really knows where the server that runs their website is located, and it's not out of the ordinary for that to change over time, anyways. Wouldn't it be nice to work with times that are based on your own time zone? That'll help make setting up scheduled mass mailings a little easier, too.
