Users being unsubscribed incorrectly

I am running DADAMAIL using the latest version 10.7.2 Stable 12/29/17.  I run several discussion lists on this server which is a dedicated server from Bluehost.  One of our discussion lists has members being unsubscribed without them requesting it.  This list has over 3,300 members and it seems like about 10 users get unsubscribed every few days.  The users state that they did not request this unsubscription.  Please help as the list administrator of this list is getting annoyed by this as he must continually re-subscribe these members.  I am not sure if this is happening on other discussion lists but this might be that they are far less active and smaller than this one.  This list usually sends about 5-10 messages a day.
