Warm regards, Mary Ann |
I have two Dada installations, both running 9.2.0. I know I should upgrade and I have it on my to do list, but they have been working fine for over a year. Suddenly, I have a very strange behavior happening in one of them. I have added a scheduled email to both of them and activated them. I saved them. I checked to be sure they were listed by reloading the scheduled mailings and they were there. The next time I logged in, the one installation listed the mailing as expected. In the other, it was gone. Poof. Not listed. I added it back, going through all of the same steps. It was there. Reloaded. Checked again - still there. Checked again. Poof - gone. Reloaded and suddenly it was there again. Reloaded again and it wasn’t. Added it again after it never reappeared. Same results. It’s missing again.
Any idea what in the world could be happening? I’m at a loss and obviously concerned and need to get this fixed.
Warm regards,
Mary Ann
