Here's what I mea by abuse. I've gotten some of these messages from Gmail, but when I look up the address, I see that they are not subscribed. So, what gives? Digging a little deeper, it seems the address did fill out the subscription form, but then never confirmed it. So, why are they trying to unsubscribe from a list they're not subscribed on, yet?
Looking for the address on stopforumspam.com, it comes out as negative - no one is reporting it as being abusive.
But, if I look the history of subscription requests, I see that a number of addresses are trying to subscribe from that same IP address, over a small amount of time, which is suspicious.
So suspicious, that the latest version of Dada Mail blocks that sort of behavior.
I don't know if you're seeing the same thing - that these unsubscribe messages are coming from bots trying to subscribe to your list, but it's what I'm seeing. Upgrading to the latest version will help at the very least, with false positives, so if you do need to manually remove addresses, it'll make the job go quicker,
I describe this more in this blog post,

Blocking Suspicious IP Address Activity
