Ok, obvious question, but did you verify the email address and domain? That's the step I go over in,

And that's what this error usually refers to, 

Identity  is invalid
 Must be a verified email address or domain

If you haven't, there should be an enormous warning at the top of the Send a Message screen

and I'm using pro dada We have the lifetime version

I meant version number The latest release is v9 2 0

And what were the batch sending being automatically set to?
