Hopefully that would be the case In a mass mailing, Dada Mail will try 3x to send a message out, and if it does receive an error all 3x, it'll skip that address, and try the next, after a short while It will also log this as a sending error, which will show up in the Tracker plugin's report Since the majority of problems on shared hosting accounts are because of sending too fast, this song-and-dance is also used to slow down a mass mailing, once it has hit its limit More information,

So, good places to look for problems: Error Log (Plugins/Extensions: Log Viewer, select, "Error Logs"), and Tracker plugin, (Plugins/Extensions: Tracker)

Unfortunately, there's no way to universally query what the hourly sending rate would be Gosh, that would be too easy,
