Hi everyone - v9 is out the door! Here's the announcement:

cgi/archive/dada_announce/20151208231207/

The diff file for this release is something like 109 thousand lines long, so it's a pretty substantial upgrade - and it's 99 9% focused on the front end Dada Mail has over 300 separate template files/views, and it was no small task to convert them all into using the Foundation framework (soooooo many divs slung) - I feel that I now have a career of experience working in Foundation! :)

Anyways, please give it a go - the front end is a much nicer experience to work in Demo is updated as well, if you want to give it a quick spin,

This release also marks the first time I'm officially-officially giving support to Dada Mail via your Pro Dada Subscription

In the past, I've been as generous with my time helping folks on the Support forum/boards as I've been able to, as I also didn't have any sort of support contract service

Unfortunately I feel that the level of support I can give on a public forum for an open source application without contacting the user directly is less than I would like, and problems remained frustratingly unresolved (or at least unreported as, "resolved") - which isn't a happy place to be for me personally, as I never know if the help I'm provided is, you know, helping Coupled with how much time it took, it had to go, if only for my own well-being and sanity And oh, the forum spam

I've also clarified the type of support I'm giving to people who also have paid for an installation, so there's way less ambiguity In the weeks I've been using Zendesk, I've been extremely happy with the workflow of helping my customers out of the jams they've found themselves in, and they also seem very grateful to have that help So I'm hoping this will continue to be a win for everyone

Writing all that, I'm more than fully happy to help any users who ask questions through this discussion list - the traffic is low, and is mostly me babbling about various announcements, anyways The Dog Food I produce still needs to be eaten! :)
