Hello Everyone,

v6 8 0 Beta 2 has been released! Download/Install:

http://dadamailproject
com/support/documentation-6_8_0-beta2/install_dada_mail
pod
html

This release features updates to the included CKEditor and TinyMCE We move from v3 to v4 (basically the latest-ish version) of both KCFinder and the new File Manager will work pretty darn well with either - give it a spin to verify all the banging-of-my-head to make this happen ;) The creaky old FCKeditor, has been removed fully - you may notice the download is a few megs lighter Ahh, feels good, no?

Bridge also includes On Behalf Of support (p p mode), and in this release, it should certainly actually work Probably Give that a go, too

6 8 0 Beta 2

Features

Core5 Labs FileManager Support

Dada Mail now supports the Core5 FileManager, along with KCFinder More information on FileManager:

http://labs
corefive
com/projects/filemanager/

WYSIWYG Editors and File Browsers in Dada Mail:

com/d/features-wysiwyg_editors
pod
html

We've added FileManager support to Dada Mail, as people were having trouble with KCFinder's php code FileManager's connector (that we ship) is written in Perl, so if you can run Dada Mail, using FileManager should work equally well

CKEditor Upgraded to v4 3

TinyMCE Upgraded to v4 0 11

Clickthrough Tracking: URLs in image maps tracked

URLs for links in image maps weren't tracked by Dada Mail These URLs should now be properly tracked

Bridge: Moderators and Authorized Senders

The job of the Authorized Senders sublist has been split into two sublists:

Authorized Senders will continue to be the sublist of addresses, that may post to a mailing list, without having to be a member of the Subscribers

Moderators will now simply be a sublist of addresses that get sent out a confirmation email to approve or deny message postings

Bridge: "On Behalf Of"; (p p mode) Support

Discussion Messages may now be sent, "On Behalf Of" the original sender by the List Owner This allows you to set up a discussion list with Amazon SES, which only allows messages from verified senders You may now verify only your List Owner, and still have a discussion list
