Yeah, hopefully this'll stop that problem from happening since - boom: no confirmation email
As regards Carl's question about auto-filling the form, what I have seen other software do is show you a kind-of Captcha based on your own email address They slightly obfuscate the address (such as "moshe AT ymkatz DOT net"), and then you have to confirm your email address by re-entering it in the box Although we do want to simplify, perhaps the option to do that could be included
I can certainly do that - but again, it's not very realistic for discussion lists For example, guess this address:
j*****@dadamailproject
com
I do understand the problem that the subscriber doesn't know what address they're subscribed as (and then what then?) The data I pass in the unsub link doesn't actually have enough data for Dada Mail to get the email address out of (by design), so this type of data would have to be tacked onto the end I guess I could make this an option
