still having mailing monitor issues

So I switched the cron job to the mailing monitor plugin instead of the autopickup script, and I still have things getting stuck. The cron runs every 15 minutes but I just logged in and a mailing has been stuck for 2 hours with 3 in the queue behind it (this is for Bridge). I am at a loss. Here is the cron command:

/usr/bin/curl -s --get --data 
run=1\;passcode=\;verbose=0 --url 
http://domainname.com/cgi-bin/dada/plugins/mailing_monitor.cgi

I just took off the dev null so I'll get reports, but so far nothing (and it has run since then).
