They are being sent out instantaneously, which is great since the shared server has a limit of cron jobs of running every 15 minutes
As somewhat an aside, an easy way to get around this, is to just create a new file with the, " sh" file ending - say, "crons sh" and list all the cronjobs for them in there (also put the shebang line, in there) - like this:
/usr/bin/curl -s --get --data run=1\;passcode=\;verbose=0 --url http://www domainname com/cgi-bin/dada/plugins/mailing_monitor cgi
/usr/bin/curl -s --get --data run=1\;passcode=\;verbose=0 --url http://www domainname com/cgi-bin/dada/plugins/bounce_handler cgi
Change the permissions of the file to, "755" and just set the one cronjob to the absolute path of this file - and all the commands will fire That helps free up even more space
One thing that I notice is that it leaves the messages on the server since Dada isn't actually fetching them Is there a go-along script that could be used with that feature (by cron) that would clean up old emails after a certain amount of time? I don't like letting them accumulate on the server taking up space, plus if we ever have to switch back to the POP method, the old emails would get sent out again
This seems curious to me, as the mail forward shouldn't have a mailbox attached to it, at all - or it wouldn't be a forward Messages sent to the email address set up as a mail forward should just send the message to Bridge, and that's the end of the message
Is it possible that you can post up what the configuration screen is, for making a mail forward on whatever you're using? I'm curious at what it all looks like The Manual is now updated to give more of a walkthrough on how to set up mail forwards, that pipe to a program (what Bridge needs) as it looks like in cPanel,
