Dear,

Thanks for your effort, but I really happy to using dada mail event this is the first time, and I will learn lot from it

for the subscriber issue is fixing for me by enabling: Enable Adding Subscribers from within the List Control Panel, The person who want to be our subscriber will email me and I will put them one by one from the subscriber list control panel

and the form I will make the email form only and the script is: mailto:
