The precendence will be:
dada_config Config pm plugin
So, if you set the something in the dada_config file, it'll override what you put in the Config pm for, or in the plugin itself
What about the 'Rules'? Will they combine with the ones in the script or overwrite them?
The bounce handler rules are sort of an exception, they aren't set in the Config pm file at all, so cannot be set in the dada_config file It would be great to be able to override them or customize them, but I haven't figured out what the best way to do that would be, since these rules could potentially change over time, although I haven't done any major editing to the base rules in some time
What I should do is do a good once-over and make sure the rules themselves are still 100% relevant, but it's difficult to get a good corpus of bounced messages to work off of
