I'm looking at your problem, but when I do the same thing, set the To: header to,
<!-- tmpl_var subscriber
first_name --> <!-- tmpl_var subscriber
last_name -->
And send out a message, subscribers that don't have any of the profile fields filled out just have the header is set to,
To: " " <user@example
com>
Which is sort of what would be expected Not sure why there's a discrepancy between what I'm doing and what you're doing, although:

Is there a reason you did that? Dada Mail should be able to create the needed rows, on a, "need to be created" basis If there's no profile for the subscriber, no row in this table will really be needed
