I've been trying to grab copies of the bounced messages before the bounce handler deletes them I've got AT&T (which includes sbglobal, bellsouth, pacbell, etc ) and comcast at the moment Not sure if it helps that the text of the message almost always includes the word "blocked"

AT&T:

Hello,

reverse DNS lookup for IP 50 23 15 165 gives

50 23 15 165-static reverse softlayer com

The full IP number inside of above name looks like a dynamic IP (even if there's the wording "static" inside) Ask your DNS provider to give the server 50 23 15 165 a name "less suspicious", something like "mail thehomeschoolmom com" (or similar)

Cheers, Peter
