If you have PHPMyAdmin installed on your hosting account and you know how to use it, it's a simple thing to add a "date_entered" field to the subscriber's table that enters the current timestamp each time a new user is entered.

1) add a new field at the end of the table, name it date_entered.
2) Field type, Timestamp
3 Set the Default setting  to "Current timestamp".

The current timestamp will be entered each time someone subscribes.

I just added one to test it and then added a new subscriber.  The timestamp has this format:
2011-05-08 09:23:56
Works fine.

Previous subscribers will have a timestamp of 0000-00-00  00:00:00
