Bugs in 4.0.4: Duplicate Email Addresses in Black List, Subscriptions aren't logged
These two bugs have already cropped up in 4 0 4 (thanks to the people who reported them):
Subscribers can be subscribed more than once to the black list

I've already issued fixes:

The fix for #37 hasn't any tests to confirm it, the fix for #38 has a lot of them The way #37 is fixed is also done by using a undocumented API
