OK - is that possible? Can you let me know which files/directories are in the wrong permissions and what they should be?
I'm not sure quite how this is done, actually I didn't know the permissions of the files keep from the git repository, to the compressed distribution and back again
OK - looking at this a little more closely, it does look like file permissions can be saved in the git repo and the permissions for the scripts were set to, "755" - so those, at least are set to, "644"
