OK, I fixed it and it seems to be working - now I have a database permissions issue but that is a hosting issue.

Setting it to MySQL still works also - left over from the old version I guess.
 
The key/value you want to pay attention to is, "dbtype":
                 dbtype           => 'mysql',
 For MySQL, it should  be, "mysql" (lowercase). This matches the name of the actual Perl driver - like it lists in that error message:
Available drivers: CSV, DBM, ExampleP, Excel, File, Gofer, Mock, Proxy, SQLite, SQLite2, Sponge, mysql.
Do you know of any reason that it would have worked with the uppercase on my old host?

P. S. Is the extra letter in "$MAILlING_LIST_MESSAGE" and "$MAILlING_LIST_MESSAGE_HTML" on purpose?
