the code's there, it's just not used to be the point where I

Yup, that was easy enough In 3 0 3 at least, find these lines in the
file, dada/DADA/App/FormatMessages pm:

            if($content){

                # And, that's it

                $content = DADA::Template::Widgets::screen(
                    {
                                %screen_vars,
                                -data                   => \$content,

                    }
                );

and change them to:

            if($content){

                # And, that's it

                $content = DADA::Template::Widgets::screen(
                    {
                                %screen_vars,
                                -data                   => \$content,
                                (
                                    ($args->{-entity}->head->mime_type eq 'text/html') ?
                                    (
                                        -webify_and_santize_these => [qw(list_settings
info

list_settings privacy_policy list_settings physical_address)], ) : () ),

                    }
                );

The only quirk is that you'll be encoding email addresses, which you
may or may not want to do I may make the webifying stuff a little
more flexible in that sense, later I'll also have this in the next
release, of course
