Because I am using git locally and merging the stable version with
some personal changes (mainly translations to Dutch) If I want to
use the development version, I have to maintain my personal changes
at two different places which is not very practical Not of your
bussiness of course, but I am just wandering why there are two
repositories being used
Probably as a artifact to using CVS in the past
3
1 is still a ways
off and I'm in a tight position where I need good, solid releases
coming out, but my git knowledge was severely lacking when I moved to
git, so there's two different projects (they were two different
project in CVS, too)
The 3 0 x project will eventually die, one 3 1 has a stable release
It's a little messy, I admit, but it'll clear up soon
One thing, to look forward, is to branch the main Dada Mail git to
have some sort of facilities to support multiple languages, which
currently, it does not
Until that happens, multiple language support
may never get into the program, sadly
Hopefully, with git, this
should be easy to do and easy for someone else to do as I'm busy with
whatever it is I do :)
