With respect to MIME::Lite::HTML:

Unfortunately my feature request to remove script code (http://rt cpan org/Public/Bug/Display html?id=36006 ) hasn't been implemented correctly, see this new bug: http://rt cpan org/Public/Bug/Display html?id=40164 Although it's easy to fix

I'm not the maintainer of MIME::Lite::HTML, although I have asked the
Perl Community to become it The last time I did, a new version
seemed coincidentally to be released The current maintainer doesn't
answer my emails anymore, so I'm guessing they don't want to work with
me I'll probably be looking at alternatives to MIME::Lite::HTML in
the future - but Dada Mail is become a large country of a codebase and
I'm just one person traveling it
