You're sending like multi-meg attachments, you may have to go easy on

That last point:
Resource temporarily unavailable
is from the server itself - it could mean a lot of things - I don't
know what, but you may jut be hitting the limit of the number of files
you can have open at one time (just a guess though)
If you're just on BlueHost, I'll do some testing there
Can you just let me know if you're using the default or SQL backend?
