Hi Justin,
I will try turning on tracing While I am setting that up, here is some more information regarding the list restarting
1) The problem SEEMED to go away when I unchecked Enable Batch Sending, but that is not the case Today when I sent a larger list, it sent the first four but then stopped and never sent any more So I have re-checked Enable Batch Sending because that at least keeps reloading until it finishes
2) The problem is not just when sending emails Today I was making some changes to the email templates and other administrative-type changes to my lists and I was getting failures when loading pages and saving pages There are similar log entries to the sending failures I will send you today's log
I think something has changed in my environment since everything seems affected

Yes, unless there are more things to check
Try turning tracing on:
http://dadamailproject com/support/documentation-dada-3_0_0/error_faq pod html#making_the_error_log_more_verbose___debug_trace_
By finding these lines in the Config pm:
$DEBUG_TRACE ||= {
DADA_App_DBIHandle => 0, DADA_App_Subscriptions => 0, DADA_Mail_MailOut => 0, DADA_Mail_Send => 0, DADA_App_BounceScoreKeeper => 0,
};
And changing it to:
$DEBUG_TRACE ||= {
DADA_App_DBIHandle => 0, DADA_App_Subscriptions => 0, DADA_Mail_MailOut => 1, DADA_Mail_Send => 1, DADA_App_BounceScoreKeeper => 0,
};
Run a mailing on that list of just three subscribers, with nothing else happening and let me know what the error log says - send it over as an attachment, if you'd like It's going to be very verbose

Hi Justin,
My list reloading problem does not happen if I uncheck: Sending Options/Enable Batch Sending It is only failing when I use batch sending
Please see my answers to your questions after your comments:
Hmm Unless you're using a Windows platform (and even then), this shouldn't happen - it means either something is mucking up with the fork()ing process or the sleep()ing process This happens on really really cheap accounts Are you on a dedicated server, or something more like shared host? If it's a shared host, which one? I am using a Windows laptop, but it is also happening when other Windows computers initiate sends (BTW, this has been working fine for months It is only the last 2 weeks that I have been having these problems ) My website/dadamail is located on my web hosting company www bluehost com

Yes, unless there are more things to check
