you meant "un" subscribed, i think :)

Yeah - you're right, but wouldn't it be funny if it was subscribing!
That truly would be a Dadaist move

I don't have access to my mailLogs here on BlueHost, AFAIK, but I'll
poke around

What I've done is have pretty much all bounces that have a valid email
and list to be appended to a file I'll just search through the file
in a bit and see if there's any bounces by some of the addresses that
are causing trouble Hopefully, I can understand what the message is
trying to say - it could be something like a vacation-like message, or
just an automated response that says, "Hey, I got the message!", or
something like that - I don't know, yet

This also sort of brings up the problem that scores always go up, and
never go down Since people who are getting falsely unsubscribed are
getting the message from the bounce handler that says, "Hey, you've
just been unsubscribed, because of bouncing!", perhaps it would be
nice for the bounce handler to also give a message, right before it
takes you off the list, so you can scrub your own score This is sort
of like what Yahoo! Groups do - except they sort of put you on a,
"subscribed, but you can't do anything" sublist - which Dada Mail
doesn't quite have support (yet) for It wouldn't be the worst thing
to add in the program - a sort of, "on hiatus" sublist, where you're
still subscribed, just not active, but this then brings about the
problem that there's no way for a subscriber to change their own
subscription stuff

I know other people have commented that perhaps if an email doesn't
bounce for a given mailing, their score should automatically be
scrubbed - I'm not sure how that would all work, but it's not a bad
idea
